Enter Manual Sale User Manual 


Enter Manual Sales can be found on the AHI EDI Website Dashboard. This feature can be used to add a sale into the AHI EDI Website that was not sent via EDI.

Under Enter Manual Sales, the Reporting Partner AHN will be prepopulated with your specific AHN. Clicking on ‘Select AHN’ next to Warehouse AHN will allow you to change the warehouse AHN if needed. Here you will also indicate if the transaction type is a Sale or a Credit. On the right you will need to enter the invoice date, invoice number, and sales rep number. The sales rep number will default to XX if left blank.

Moving down to Customer Information. Here you can click on ‘Select AHN’, this will allow you to search for your customer in the AHN Master Database.

Once you have found and clicked on the customer record, it will populate their customer information in the Bill-to. If the Bill-to and Ship-to information is the same, click the check box next to ‘Check if bill-to and ship-to address is the same’. This will populate the Ship-to information to match the Bill-to. 

If you selected the wrong customer, simply click the ‘X’ next to the AHN to remove the customer information. 

Next is the Invoice Line Detail section. Click on Add Line, this will pull up a table with all the specific Reporting Partners products.

Here you can use the search bar to search for a product. Once you have located the specific product, click on it to add it to the line items. Repeat this step until all products for this invoice are listed. If you accidentally selected a wrong product, you can remove it by clicking the red ‘Delete’ button. 

Once the products are listed, the Quantity and Unit Price can be changed to reflect the correct amount of the invoice. Once everything is completed, click ‘Process Invoice’ to create the manual sale.
