816 Customer Suspends

Navigate to the 816 Customer Suspends tab within the Work Suspends panel.


The page will display a list grouped by Customer ID. Click the arrow next to the Customer ID to view associated invoices. 

Select the invoice line to view its details.

To link an AHN to a Customer ID, check the box next to the relevant line,

then select Link AHN.

Review and confirm the information displayed. If accurate, click Next.

A list of potential AHNs will be shown. If a matching AHN exists, highlight the customer line and select Next.

If no matching AHN is found, click New AHN and follow the prompts to create one.

 

Ensure that the customer demographic information matches the AHN, then click Submit.

Upon submission, all invoices associated with the Customer ID will be corrected, and the customer cross-reference will be updated.
