AHN Updates and AHN Responses can be located from the AHI EDI Website Dashboard. AHN Updates will show updates done to an AHN outside of your organization. AHN Responses will show updates done to an AHN inside of your organization.
Clicking into Updates or Responses will show the Action column. Whether the action was an Add, Change, or Match. An Add is a new AHN that has been requested. A Change is an update done to an AHN through a Change request. Last is Match Found, this is when a matching AHN has been found through the 816 process.
Clicking on a line will pull up the AHN detail information. To view the request, Click the check box next to the AHN on the far left, then click the green “View Request” button.
This will show the request and what has been added, changed, or matched.
To clear the notification, click the check box on the left side and click the red “Delete” button.
